Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Pune (Travel Across Maharashtra & PAN India)
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Daily Allowance + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Identify potential customers and develop new leads in the industrial machinery market.
• Promote and sell Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, CNC Press Brake Machines, VMC, CNC Turning Machines, and other industrial equipment.
• Visit customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals to customers.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and work towards closing sales orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the technical team for machine demonstrations, installation requirements, and customer queries.
• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, inquiry records, and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in industrial exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
• Travel across assigned territories for customer meetings and business development.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Candidates with a technical or sales background and a strong interest in industrial machinery are encouraged to apply.
Experience
• Freshers are welcome.
• 1–2 years of experience in Industrial Machinery Sales, CNC Machines, Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
Required Skills
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and sales reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
