Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and business development activities.
