Job Description

Pure closing role. Warm inbound leads provided. No cold calling.


60MinFit is a personal training brand in Thane offering home visit and online coaching to working professionals, executives, homemakers, and senior citizens.


Responsibilities:


• Call warm leads who have expressed interest in personal training

• Understand client goals and convert them into paying clients

• Follow up consistently until closure

• Manage client relationships post joining for retention

• Maintain CRM records after every interaction

• Achieve monthly closure targets


Requirements:


• Minimum 2 years sales experience in a service based role

• Strong communication in Hindi and English

• Comfortable with monthly targets and commission structure

• Basic knowledge of fitness or wellness preferred

• Mumbai or Thane based — hybrid role with occasional travel to Thane


Compensation:


• Fixed salary ₹20,000 per month

• Commission up to 15% based on performance

• Earning potential ₹35,000 to ₹50,000+ per month
