Job Description

We are looking for confident and target-oriented Sales Interns to connect with UPSC aspirants, explain our courses and convert prospective students into paying customers.

Responsibilities

  • Call prospective students and leads generated through Meta advertisements.
  • Explain Gamify IAS courses and app features.
  • Understand students' preparation needs and recommend suitable programmes.
  • Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Handle objections, answer queries and persuade prospects to enrol.
  • Maintain accurate lead records using Google Sheets or CRM software.
  • Achieve daily calling, follow-up and sales conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience.
  • Fluent/Comfortable in English and Hindi.
  • Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
  • Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to work towards sales targets.
