Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve departmental goals.

* Lead, mentor, and manage Team Leaders and Sales Executives.

* Monitor sales performance, conversions, and productivity across the team.

* Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Ensure effective lead allocation, follow-up, and customer relationship management.

* Handle escalated customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.

* Coordinate with Marketing and HR to support lead generation and recruitment initiatives.

* Drive individual and team performance.

* Drive admissions, product sales, and franchise business while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

* Prepare periodic sales reports and present business updates to the management.

Required Qualifications

* Graduate (Preferred).

* 2–5 years of experience in Sales with prior team management experience.
