About the Role

S2 Holidays is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable holiday packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels
• Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences
• Recommend and sell suitable domestic & international holiday packages
• Prepare and explain quotations and itineraries to customers
• Handle customer objections related to price, itinerary and services
• Negotiate professionally and convert enquiries into bookings
• Follow up regularly with leads and pending quotations
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking execution
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales

• English and Hindi communication required; Marathi is an advantage
