Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate and convert property sales leads.
- Handle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Train and guide sales executives for better conversions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven team-handling and leadership ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Candidates with strong property sales experience preferred.
