Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products.
- Explain ongoing offers, promotions and schemes.
- Maintain proper product arrangement and shelf presentation.
- Replenish products from the backroom whenever required.
- Check expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO.
- Report damaged, missing, expired or slow-moving products to the supervisor.
- Support stock-taking and inventory activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned floor area.
- Support other departments during peak hours as instructed.
- Follow grooming, uniform, attendance and discipline standards.
- Contribute to achieving store sales and customer-service objectives.
