Store Keeper

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to oversee day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, recording, and maintaining materials, raw stock, and finished products, as well as managing dispatch logistics to ensure seamless daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing stock using MICROSOFT EXCEL; conduct regular physical counts and reconciliations.
• Receiving & Inspection: Inspect incoming deliveries for quantity, and spec compliance against purchase orders
• Storage & Organization: Maintain neat, safe, and systematic storage arrangements for easy retrieval and optimal space utilization.
• Dispatch & Materials Handover: Issue raw materials (parts) to internal production teams or external transit carriers with precise documentation.
• Documentation & Records: Maintain clean records of stock logs, delivery dockets and inventory movements.
• Warehouse Safety: Adhere to workplace safety rules, ensure proper handling of stock, and report damaged goods or missing items promptly.
