Job Description
Job Title: SMR / Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Industry: Automobile – Dealership / Workshop
Department: Service
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and coordinate service appointments.
- Follow up with customers for scheduled and pending services.
- Make reminder calls for periodic maintenance and service due customers.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop team for customer requirements.
- Maintain daily customer calling and follow-up records.
- Inform customers about vehicle service status, delivery timelines, and pending work.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and coordinate for resolution.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to obtain customer feedback.
- Promote repeat service visits and customer retention.
- Update customer details and interaction records in DMS/CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling, follow-up, and customer feedback reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and support achievement of workshop CSI targets.
