Job Description
- Contact customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and messages to ensure timely payment.
- Explain outstanding dues and payment details to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Update collection reports and customer details in the company system.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related issues professionally.
- Follow company policies, the Code of Conduct (COC), and applicable RBI guidelines.
- Ensure all customer communication is professional and respectful.
- Submit daily collection reports to the Team Leader or Reporting Manager
