📞 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make regular cold and warm outbound calls to prospective clients using the company’s database and marketing leads. [1, 2]
- Project Pitching: Clearly explain ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, highlighting key selling points, locations, amenities, pricing structures, and payment plans. [1]
- Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, budgets, and timelines to filter out high-intent buyers for the closure team. [1, 2]
- Site Visit Coordination: Persuade interested prospects to visit the property site and coordinate with the field sales team to schedule these appointments.
