Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Call potential Housing Societies, Managing Committee Members, Chairmen, Secretaries and Treasurers from the provided database.
- Introduce the Company's Society Management and related professional services and explain the benefits to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and enquiries through daily telecalling.
- Identify societies that require services such as Society Management, Accounting, Billing, Audit, Administration and Compliance support.
- Fix appointments/meetings for the Sales Team or Management with interested potential clients.
- Regularly follow up with interested prospects until the lead is converted into a meeting or assigned to the concerned Sales Executive.
- Update every call, follow-up, response and appointment properly in the Company CRM/Synapse system.
- Maintain daily records of:
- Total calls made
- Connected calls
- Interested prospects
- Follow-ups
- Meetings fixed
- Leads generated
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and provide complete information about interested prospects and their requirements.
- Follow the Company's approved calling script, pricing information and communication process and shall not make any unauthorised commitment to clients.
- Submit a daily calling report and weekly performance summary to the concerned Reporting Manager.
