Job Description – Tele Sales Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.
- Explain project details, location, pricing and offers over the phone.
- Generate genuine customer interest and convert leads into site visits.
- Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the Field Sales Team for scheduled site visits.
- Achieve daily calling, site visit and monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily call reports/DPR to the reporting manager.
- Requirements1–3 years of Tele Sales experience; Real Estate experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/lead management systems will be an advantage.
