Job Description

  • Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, escort them to tables, and provide menus.
  • Order Taking: Answer menu questions, explain daily specials, note dietary restrictions or allergies, and input orders accurately via POS systems or notepads.
  • Serving Orders: Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen or bar promptly while checking for presentation, accuracy, and proper temperature.
  • Table Maintenance: Monitor tables throughout the meal, refill drinks, pre-bus empty plates, and clear or reset tables after guests leave.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare bills, process cash, credit cards, or digital payments, and thank guests upon departure.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow food hygiene, sanitation regulations, and local alcohol service laws
