Counter Sales Executive – Water Bottle SalesJob SummaryWe are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to handle the sale of water bottles from our counter. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining available water bottles and prices, handling billing and payments, and maintaining proper stock at the counter.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
• Sell water bottles and related products to customers.
• Explain product options, bottle sizes, prices, and offers to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide polite and helpful service.
• Process customer orders and ensure correct products are provided.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payments accurately.
• Prepare bills/receipts and maintain daily sales records.
• Maintain proper stock of water bottles at the counter.
• Check stock availability and inform management about low stock.
• Arrange and display products neatly at the counter.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales area.
• Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for stock replenishment.
• Maintain daily sales and payment records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, if applicable.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Candidate Requirements10th / 12th pass or equivalent preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in counter sales, retail sales, FMCG sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing and digital payments.
• Honest and responsible while handling cash and customer payments.
• Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to stand and work at the counter for extended periods.
