Job Description
MANA ENERGY SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.
We are looking for Business Development Manager-BDM for the following roles:
- Function: Existing Station Revenue & Operations
- Reports To: MANA Head
- Headcount: 1 (scaling with number of live stations)
- Experience Required: 5–9 years
- Location: Tamil Nadu / Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (live site network) with HQ coordination
- Hiring Phase: Immediate
Role Purpose
Own revenue growth and day-to-day commercial performance of stations that are already operational, driving charger utilisation, B2B/fleet tie-ups and ancillary revenue at the site level.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets for each live station; track utilisation, footfall and ancillary revenue against plan.
- Identify and close local B2B/fleet charging tie-ups, corporate accounts and ancillary partnerships (F&B, retail, signage) at operational sites, working within the pricing framework set by the B2B Sales & Pricing Manager.
- Build relationships with nearby fleet operators, logistics companies and highway/transport bodies to drive repeat charging volume.
- Coordinate with the Customer Relationship Manager to convert service feedback into local revenue actions (offers, tie-ups, amenities).
- Monitor competitor stations/pricing in each live station's catchment and recommend local commercial responses.
- Report site-wise revenue performance and BD pipeline to MANA Head on a weekly/monthly basis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/MBA with 5–9 years in business development, key account management or retail/highway site revenue roles, preferably in energy, EV, fuel retail or QSR.
Skills & Competencies

Indicative Annual CTC: ₹6–8 LPA + performance incentive
