Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for STUDEX ear and body piercing products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, conducting market visits, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers, dealers, retailers, jewellery stores, salons and corporate accounts.
• Generate leads and convert them into active business accounts.
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote and demonstrate STUDEX piercing systems, jewellery and aftercare products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders and coordinate with the internal team for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and basic training for customers and salon/jewellery staff.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market updates to the management.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, accounts and management teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Candidate ProfileGraduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
• 1–4 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, retail sales, jewellery, beauty, salon, FMCG or related industries preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM applications.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
