Job Description
The work location will be Sheohar District of Bihar and we are looking for a person who can join in 15-20 days time. Job responsibility will broadly include :
- Construction Planning & Execution: Oversee site activities for dams, spillways, intake structures, tunnels, cross-drainage works, and canal networks.
- Resource & Schedule Management: Develop and track the Project Execution Plan (PEP), master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, and deployment of labor, machinery, and materials.
- Contract & Subcontract Management: Coordinate civil contractors, evaluate vendor bids, review bills of quantities (BOQ), and process contractor running account (RA) bills.
- Quality Control & Safety (QA/QC & HSE): Enforce strict quality checks for concrete pours, soil compaction, and grouting, while maintaining site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with the Project Management Consultant (PMC), government irrigation departments, design consultants, and local authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, tracking budget variations and scope changes.
