AC Technician

1. Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, repair, and maintain split ACs, cassette ACs, and other HVAC equipment.
2. Diagnose technical faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
3. Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections at customer sites.
4. Handle refrigerant gas charging, leak testing, vacuuming, and copper piping work.
5. Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution, preferably on the first visit.
6. Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly.
7. Maintain cleanliness at the worksite after completing the job.
8. Coordinate with the Service Engineer and Project Team for daily work schedules.
9. Maintain service reports, job sheets, and records of materials used.
10. Ensure proper handling of company tools, equipment, and materials.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AC servicing and installation in the HVAC industry are preferred. Freshers are not preferred.
