Job Description
About RaceWorld :
RaceWorld is a racing simulation experience centre in Mysuru where guests drive real steering-wheel racing rigs. Casual, fun and beginner-friendly. Full training provided.
Role: Customer Service Representative
You run the front desk. You are the first and last person every guest meets: bookings, billing, queries and making sure guests leave happy and come back.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in guests and explain race packages, pricing and offers
- Take bookings by walk-in, phone and WhatsApp; manage the rig queue and wait times
- Handle billing, UPI, card and cash payments accurately; close the daily cash report
- Sell memberships, group bookings, birthday and corporate packages
- Resolve guest complaints calmly and escalate when needed
- Support Race Hosts with guest briefing during peak hours
- Collect guest feedback and Google reviews
Working Hours
- 9-hour shift per day, 1 weekly off (weekday)
- Weekends and public holidays are working days
- Rotational shifts:
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- Must be available for all shifts during the first 15 days (training period)
