Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting residential and commercial properties, managing marketing campaigns, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects
  • Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing; real estate experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of lead generation and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits, events, and promotional activities.
