Job Description
KRA OF OFFICE ACCOUNTANT
KEY RESPONSIBILITY ON DAILY BASIS
Make on entry of stocks in dispatch sheet
Raising bills in tally
Maintaining of ledgers of customers(manually)
Follow up for payments from customers
Dispatch of stocks(only in the absence of other staffs)
Make on entry of amount received from customers(cash customers)
Entry of vehicle expenses
Make an entry of debtor's collected amount in tally
Make on entry of payment to creditors in tally
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ON REGULAR INTERVALS
Taking entry of purchase bills(gums, rolls, caps, labels, stationary items and others)
Office maintainance
KEY RESPONSIBILITY ON MONTHLY BASIS
Checking GST bills
GSTR
Bank reconciliation
Adjusting sales amount in tally
Cash adjustments in tally
Receipts and payment entries in excel
Entry of expenses in tolly
Verifying ledgers of creditors in tally
Calculating sales amount
