KEY SKILLS
BDM {BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER }
Strong knowledge of Agricultural products and Market trends.
Good communication and Negotiation skill.
Ability to build and maintain relationship with farmers, dealers and departments regarding our agricultural products.
sales planning and target achievements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
BDM {BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER }
Develop and implement business growth strategies in assigned regions.
Identify new markets, dealers and distribution channels.
Maintain strong relationship with existing clients and farmers.
conduct products demonstrations and farmer meeting.
Decision making ability.
Handling sales team and social media such as you Tube, Facebook and Instagram.
ACCOUNTS EXCUTIVE
1 Handle Day- Day accounting activities using Tally
2 Maintain and update financial in MS Excel
3 Prepare and reconcile Bank reconciliation statement (BRS)
4 Handle GST related Accounting and filling work
5Handle TDS calculation ,deduction , and related compliance work.
