Job Description

Conduct personalized fitness assessments and create workout plans.

Guide members on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety.

Conduct one-on-one Personal Training sessions and track client progress.

Motivate and retain clients while ensuring excellent member experience.

Maintain session records and provide regular progress updates.

Support gym floor activities and assist members when required.

Follow gym standards, policies, and professional grooming requirements.

Achieve assigned PT session and sales targets.
