Trainer Cabin Crew

Position: Aviation Trainer – Cabin Crew & Ground Staff

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Aviation Trainer to train and develop students/professionals in Cabin Crew and Airport Ground Staff operations. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom and practical training while preparing candidates for careers in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for Cabin Crew and Airport Ground Staff.
• Train students on airport operations, passenger handling, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and customer service.
• Provide training on cabin crew duties, grooming, communication, safety, emergency procedures, and inflight services.
• Conduct practical activities, role plays, mock interviews, and assessments.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for airline/airport recruitment interviews and industry expectations.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
• Ensure training follows relevant aviation safety and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; Aviation/Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Cabin Crew, Ground Handling, Airport Operations, Hospitality, or Aviation Training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of aviation and airport operations.
• Professional personality with good grooming standards.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students.
• Prior experience as an aviation trainer will be preferred.
