Job Description
1)Oversee end-to-end plant operations and achieve production targets
2)3-5 Years of experience in manufacturing operations.
3)Production planning, scheduling and resource optimization
4)Lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
5)Ensure quality, food safety and statutory compliance
6)Coordinate maintenance and ensure maximum equipment uptime
7)Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
8)Control costs, reduce wastage and improve productivity
9)Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, etc.)
