📍 Job Type: Full-Time | Field Work

• 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesVisit shops and merchants daily for new customer acquisition and follow-ups.
• Onboard new merchants and maintain customer data.
• Sell PhonePe Smart Speakers and QR Scanners.
• Explain product features, benefits, and services to merchants.
• Build strong relationships with customers and resolve their queries.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular field activity and performance reports.
• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 3 months of field sales experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with daily shop-to-shop visits.
• Target-oriented with good customer-handling skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
