Gold Loan Relationship Officer_LOANS AGAINST GOLD_0405_7814_1099821
- Responsible for managing and growing gold loan portfolios by building strong customer relationships. - Engages with customers to understand their loan requirements and provides suitable gold loan products. - Coordinates loan processing and documentation ensuring compliance with company policies. - Works closely with the branch and credit teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursal. - Requires good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients. - Role demands understanding of financial products, especially gold loans, and customer service orientation. - Typically involves field visits and client interactions to generate and maintain business. - Candidate should be adaptable to work in a semi-urban/rural banking environment. - Prior experience in banking or financial services, especially in loan products, is preferred. - The role contributes directly to the business growth of the lending institution through gold loan services.Job role
