Franchise Development Manager

Generate franchise leads through outbound calling, databases, digital enquiries, references, and other channels.

Understand the franchise business model, investment requirements, territory availability, and commercial terms.

Identify and qualify prospective franchise partners based on business potential and investment capability.

Explain franchise opportunities, business models, investment structure, expected responsibilities, and benefits to prospective partners.

Handle initial objections and resolve queries professionally.

Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Sales/Business Development team.

Follow up consistently with interested prospects until final conversion.

Maintain a strong conversion pipeline and achieve monthly franchise acquisition targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in CRM/Excel.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up on all active prospects.

Analyse calling data and conversion ratios to improve sales performance.

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Strong sales and negotiation ability

Experience in telemarketing, franchise sales, B2B sales, or business development

Good team leadership and people-management skills

Strong follow-up and relationship-management ability

Comfortable working with CRM, Excel, and sales reporting tools

Target-oriented and highly motivated

Ability to handle objections and close sales

Knowledge of franchise/business development models will be an advantage
