HR – BACKEND

Department: Human Resources – Backend

Employment Type: Full-Time

Monthly Salary: ₹11,000

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience: Freshers can apply; recruitment experience is an advantage

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the HR team with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring-related backend work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Foundit, and other recruitment platforms.

·        Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

·        Call candidates to assess interest, basic communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.

·        Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

·        Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers and records.

·        Assist with job postings, candidate updates, and other HR backend activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

·        Organised approach and attention to detail.

·        Ability to manage candidate follow-ups and recruitment records.

·        Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR operations.

EMPLOYMENT BOND – 6 MONTHS

The selected candidate will be required to sign a six-month employment commitment agreement. The terms, conditions, and any applicable consequences of early separation will be explained in writing before signing and will be subject to applicable law.
