- Qualification: Graduate (No Backlogs)
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Sales & Marketing
- Documents: Relieving Letter / Resignation Acceptance Mail Required
- Vehicle: Two-Wheeler (Bike) Mandatory
- Skills: Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new Business Associates / Agents.
- Build and expand your own team through personal networking.
- Provide product training, sales guidance, and regular motivation to team members.
- Plan and conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings to review business performance.
- Monitor team productivity and support members in achieving their targets.
