Job Description
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office.
Serve tea, coffee and drinking water to staff, management and visitors.
Keep office tables, meeting areas and common areas neat and organized.
Handle basic office cleaning and daily housekeeping support.
Assist in serving refreshments during meetings and office activities.
Perform basic office support work such as printing, photocopying, scanning and filing.
Assist in maintaining office documents and records.
Support staff and management in routine day-to-day office activities.
Ensure required office items such as drinking water, tea, coffee and basic refreshments are available.
Perform other general office assistance duties as assigned by management.
