Job Description Abbydraw Designs & Branding Agency is looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager who can independently plan, execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display & YouTube).
• Execute lead generation, engagement and conversion campaigns.
• Research target audiences and develop advertising strategies.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance and budgets.
• Analyze CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for ad creatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Manage multiple client accounts and advertising campaigns.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing.
• Understanding of Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of campaign budgeting and optimization.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
