📝 JOB OVERVIEW / नौकरी का विवरण-Mauli Infra is hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager/BDM to lead the sales team, manage performance, and close deals for land-development projects and plots. The role is primarily office-based, with client visits when required to convert leads and close sales. / Mauli Infra में लैंड डेवलपमेंट प्रोजेक्ट्स और प्लॉट की बिक्री के लिए अनुभवी रियल एस्टेट सेल्स मैनेजर/BDM की भर्ती हो रही है। इस भूमिका में सेल्स टीम को लीड करना, प्रदर्शन मैनेज करना और डील क्लोज़ करना शामिल है। काम मुख्य रूप से ऑफिस से होगा, लेकिन लीड्स को बिक्री में बदलने और डील क्लोज़ करने के लिए जरूरत पड़ने पर ग्राहकों से मिलने जाना होगा।

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँLead, manage, and guide the sales team. / सेल्स टीम को लीड करना, मैनेज करना और मार्गदर्शन देना।
