Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Handle sales negotiations, quotations and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production, purchase and operations teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding customer accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits and understand competitor activities.
- Requirements2–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and customer handling.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage clients and sales teams.
- Manufacturing / Building Material / Construction industry experience will be preferred.
