About NOHUNG

NOHUNG is an online store and digital business platform that helps entrepreneurs and businesses create their own professional online store, accept online orders and payments, manage customers, products, inventory, sales, invoices and more — without requiring technical knowledge.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to help us acquire new customers and grow NOHUNG across India.

Job ResponsibilitiesSales

• Identify and approach potential customers such as retailers, small businesses, entrepreneurs, restaurants, home businesses and local brands.
• Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Explain NOHUNG's features, pricing and benefits to prospective customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and help prospects understand how NOHUNG can support their business.
• Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Marketing

• Promote NOHUNG through WhatsApp, social media, local business communities and other relevant channels.
• Identify new customer segments and potential markets.
• Participate in local business events, exhibitions and networking opportunities when required.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
• Help identify competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Customer Onboarding

• Assist new customers with getting started on NOHUNG.
• Explain basic store setup, product management, orders, payments and other important features.
• Coordinate with the NOHUNG support team when technical assistance is required.
• Ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and customers.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
• Ability to explain products in a simple and convincing manner.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and basic digital tools.
• Willingness to learn about SaaS, e-commerce and online business tools.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Need a knowledge of social media post and Running Digital Ads

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, digital marketing, POS, payment solutions or similar products.
• Experience selling to small businesses or local retailers.
• Experience with field sales or inside sales.
• Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
