Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of around 10 sales executives.
- Set individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Monitor daily sales activities, performance, and team productivity.
- Guide team members on customer handling, sales conversion, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.
- Handle team-related issues and ensure a positive, target-oriented work environment.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
