Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle invoices, bills, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of financial documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other basic accounting-related requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper records.
• Assist in audits and provide required financial documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Tally/ERP knowledge preferred
• MS Excel and MS Office
• Knowledge of GST and TDS
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Time management and problem-solving skills

Eligibility: B.Com/M.Com/BBA or relevant qualification

Experience: 2Years

Employment Type: Full-time( 9:30-6:00 pm)
