Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Female Telesales Executive based in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our Electric Vehicle (EV) products, answering queries, and converting leads into prospective sales/walk-ins.

• Key Responsibilities:Outbound calling to potential customers and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Explaining EV products/services features, benefits, and specifications clearly to prospective buyers.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable EV models.
• Handling customer inquiries and objections politely and professionally.
• Scheduling dealership visits, test drives, or showroom walk-ins for interested customers.
• Maintaining daily call logs, lead status, and customer details in Excel / CRM.
• Following up regularly with interested leads to ensure conversion.
• Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive.
• Prior experience in EV Sales or Automobile Industry will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English is a plus).
• Strong persuasive and customer-handling capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Excel.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
