Field Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and approach potential customers.
• Generate leads through field marketing, direct interactions, referrals, and local market activities.
• Promote company products/services and explain their features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
• Conduct market surveys and gather information about competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert generated leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Comfortable with regular field travel.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
