Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor daily/shift-wise production activities.
  • Supervise material handling, surface preparation, masking, and painting processes.
  • Monitor critical parameters like paint viscosity, spray booth temperature, flash-off time, and oven temperature.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
  • Prepare and submit daily production and quality reports.
  • Train operators to support productivity and process improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an automotive paint shop or production supervision.
  • Knowledge of paint shop processes, quality standards, and manpower management.
