Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
  • Follow up with clients regarding advertising requirements, proposals, and ongoing campaigns.
  • Explain advertising services, packages, and promotional solutions to clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
  • Generate leads and convert potential clients into business opportunities.
  • Maintain records of client calls, follow-ups, requirements, and responses.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with interested clients.
  • Follow up on quotations, payments, campaign approvals, and pending requirements.
  • Build and maintain good professional relationships with clients.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
  • Prepare regular follow-up and client status reports.
