Roles & Responsibilities

·        Coordinate with the sales team (field executives) for daily sales activities, follow-ups, and task tracking.

·        Prepare and maintain sales MIS reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance data.

·        Handle backend sales documentation such as quotations, proposals, sales orders, and agreements.

·        Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM / Excel / ERP systems.

·        Act as a key communication link between Sales, Accounts, Operations, HR, and Management.

·        Track leads, inquiries, and customer follow-ups shared by the sales team.

·        Coordinate with Accounts for billing support and payment follow-ups.

·        Assist Sales Managers in target tracking, incentive calculations, and performance summaries.

·        Maintain organized records of clients, contracts, and sales-related documents.

·        Coordinate internal sales meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.

·        Handle customer queries related to documentation and status updates (backend support only).

·        Ensure process compliance and contribute to improving sales operations efficiency.
