Job Description

  • Manage daily warehouse and inventory operations.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and Excel.
  • Handle material inward, outward, storage, and dispatch.
  • Maintain records of equipment, spare parts, accessories, and consumables.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
  • Monitor minimum stock, shortage, damaged, and non-moving items.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
  • Ensure proper packing, documentation, and timely dispatch.
  • Maintain proper warehouse arrangement, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Prepare regular inventory and warehouse reports for management.
