Accounts AssistantJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with at least 1 year of relevant experience to support day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, basic accounting, invoice management, ledger entries, bank reconciliation, and maintaining financial records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries in Tally.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and ensure accurate entries.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and verification of transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable records.
• Follow up on pending payments and maintain payment records.
• Assist in preparing basic MIS and accounting reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding accounts-related queries.
• Assist the senior accountant in month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.
• Support in GST-related documentation and other compliance-related accounting work as required.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Accounts/Accounting.
• Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is required.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience with sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
