Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor customer receivables and outstanding balances.

Prepare and maintain customer invoices, statements, and payment records.

Follow up with customers for timely collection of outstanding payments.

Regularly update and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams regarding billing and payment issues.

Verify invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and supporting documents.

Prepare ageing reports and provide regular updates on outstanding payments.

Identify overdue accounts and escalate payment delays to management.

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment transactions.

Assist in month-end closing and other accounting activities as required.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.

Perform any other accounts-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounts.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Strong follow-up, communication, and reconciliation skills.

Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
