Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Contact inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings to pitch health insurance products.
- Customer Consultation: Understand client medical needs and budget constraints to suggest appropriate plans (e.g., Health Shield, Family Shield).
- Policy Explanations: Clarify policy terms, exclusions, cashless hospital networks, and premium amounts clearly to clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales, conversion, and productivity targets set by the branch or unit manager.
- Documentation & Compliance: Assist clients with smooth documentation, KYC compliance, and application form submissions.
Shift Timing- 10 to 7
Working Days- Monday to Saturday
