Job Description – Multi-Tasked Kitchen & Counter Staff

Position:Kitchen & Counter Executive

 Key Responsibilities

* Prepare thickshakes, desserts items according to Frullato's standard recipes.

* Take customer orders, process billing, and handle cash/digital payments.

* Serve orders promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, counter, equipment, and dining area.

* Ensure proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels to minimize wastage.

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOPs at all times.

* Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock replenishment.

* Assist teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

* Report equipment issues, inventory shortages, or customer concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

* Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

* Ability to multitask in both kitchen and counter operations.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Punctual, well-groomed, and disciplined.

* Previous café, QSR, or dessert outlet experience is preferred but not mandatory.
