Job Description
Chinese Chef – Mr Monk📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month
🍜 Cuisine: Chinese
Experience: 4–7 Years
- ResponsibilitiesHandle complete Chinese kitchen operations independently.
- Manage daily prep, mise en place and production.
- Maintain taste, quality and recipe consistency.
- Manage portion control, food costing and wastage.
- Plan daily preparation and monitor stock requirements.
- Guide Commis/Helpers and maintain kitchen discipline.
- Ensure proper hygiene, storage and FIFO.
- Handle busy service efficiently.
- RequirementsStrong experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Hands-on and comfortable working in a compact 150 sq. ft. kitchen.
- Good understanding of costing, preparation and portion control.
- Should be able to manage the kitchen with minimal supervision.
- Restaurant/QSR/cloud-kitchen experience preferred.
